we spend a third of our lives in bed asleep. at least that's what the commercial said. and we know they must be speaking the truth, right? of course, the adorable one, being not so adorable pointed out in his evil way that i spend at least 47% of my life in bed. the thing is, he just doesn't get into napping like i do. napping is genetic, you know? my whole family naps. i'm just trying to fit in with that overly skinny, waffle-addicted, cheeseburger-hating bunch. i'm trying to be part of the herd for gosh sakes!

but i'm working on my man and by the time we're 90, i'm sure he'll see it my way.
