I'm Intrigued

i was watching football the other day and they showed a preview for this new abc show, "the nine," which will follow "lost" on wednesday nights. it's got some okay people in it--chi mcbride, tim daly, scott wolf, and a bunch of other people i've never heard of. it's another one of those shows where something happens, in this case a bank robbery gone wrong, and they have to endure a 52-hour hostage standoff that will leave two people dead. when it's all said and done, these nine people will never be the same. of course. because they will always share the common bond of what happened in the bank . . . which only they know. and they will be forever affected and intertwined by it.

i don't know if it was the little movie-like trailer for this show, but i'm curious. which is good because it's been awhile since i've been interested in a new tv show. there are a few others--"heros", "friday night lights" and "30 rock" on nbc all seem worth a look-see.
