i do have ibs. granted, yesterday i had the rest of the leftover baked french toast casserole, which is very custardy and includes eggs, half-and-half, milk, and the topping has two sticks of butter so, it's a pretty rich dish. but oh so good! unfortunately, i opted for a sashimi salad at lunch at kyoto and about 30 minutes after lunch, well, it wasn't pretty. thank god i had the bathroom to myself on both occasions.

i really love the sashimi salad, but that's the second or third time it's caused a gastric explosion. of course, it could have been a leftover from the previous day when i overdosed on dairy products. needless to say, if i ever make an appointment to see my doctor, which i really should, i am going to ask for a trial prescription to see if it helps.

then again, it might be my crappy food intake. either way, it would be nice to eat a meal and not have to spend quality time in the bathroom.
